Pricing and Payment
Use of the GPM website is provided free of charge. In order to make a reservation, you will be required to pay a fee in the form of a '''Caparo for reservation'' the fee is determined depending on the object '' for more information contact us. Your reservation is accepted immediately after the payment of the reservation fee is confirmed by our supplier. Further instructions will be sent to the email address or phone number you provided during the booking process within 24 hours of payment confirmation. If the reservation is extended, you will receive additional payment instructions.
We act as a payment collection agent for the Home Owner, for the sole purpose of facilitating payment of the Booking Fee by you to the Home Owner. All amounts (including booking fees) stated or referred to in the Terms of Use are listed in Euros (EUR) and include tourist taxes and VAT where applicable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy If you cancel a booking, the following amounts of the booking fee will be refunded to you: If you cancel your reservation thirty (30) days or more before the first day of your stay, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee, excluding transaction costs incurred by GPM
if you cancel your reservation between thirty (30) days and 2 weeks before the first day of your stay, you will receive a refund of 50% of the reservation fee; if you cancel your booking fourteen (14) days or less before the first day of your stay, you will not receive a refund of the booking fee; if you cancel your booking during the period of your stay (for example, if you want to vacate before the agreed departure date), you will not receive a refund of the booking fee;
If you check out three (3) or more hours after the check-out time as communicated to you in the booking confirmation, you will be charged one (1) additional night for late check-out as communicated to you in the booking confirmation email. This additional fee will be calculated at the same daily rate as your booking fee. If the host cancels your reservation, you will receive a full refund of the reservation fee and, at your request, we will assist you with relocation options.
Pets
If you are traveling with a pet, please let us know at the time of your booking, NOT ALL OF OUR PROPERTIES ARE PET ALLOWABLE. Smoking Please note that all our properties are non-smoking. A fine of €50 will be charged if guests smoke on the property. Arrival and departure
Properties are guaranteed from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out until 14:00 and early check-in from 13:00 may be possible, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Complaints or comments We take our guests' satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our properties should first be made to the property host or via email to BusinessCreativeltd@gmail.com during your stay so that we can resolve it promptly.
